The scheme “Financial Assistance to Para/Tetra/Hemi Plegic Ex-Serviceman” is implemented by the Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, Government of Haryana. Monthly assistance of ₹3,000/- is granted to those not in receipt of other state assistance.
Benefits
₹3,000/- per month with a ₹400/- annual increase w.e.f. 01.11.2017.
Eligibility
- Bonafide resident of Haryana.
- Total incapacitation (100% disabled) due to paraplegia, tetraplegia, or hemiplegia.
- Not admitted to government-run paraplegic homes covered by separate grants.
Application Process
- Step 1: Online registration on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
- Step 2: Use Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) for fetching data.
- Step 3: Upload the Disability/Medical certificate and affidavit.
- Step 4: Submit and track through the SARAL portal.

- Discharge Book (Complete)

- Affidavit stating the applicant is not admitted to government paraplegic homes
