Eligibility

  • Institutions/Societies registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, or Indian Trust Act.
  • Must own/be allotted at least 100 sq yards of land in Haryana.
  • Second-time grants given only after five years and submission of previous UCs.

Application Process

Offline: Download Annexure-A from the department website. Submit the form with land records and building plans to the District Welfare Office. Approval is processed through the Social Welfare Minister.

Registration certificate of institution, Land registration certificate/revenue record, Annual accounts/Balance sheet, Site plan/Architectural map, Bank details, PAN Card.
