The scheme “Financial Assistance to Ex-Servicemen of and above the Age of 60 Years and their Widows” is implemented by the Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, Government of Haryana. Financial assistance of ₹3,000/- per month is provided to those not receiving other pensions.

Benefits

Monthly assistance of ₹3,000/- with a ₹400/- annual increment starting every November.

Eligibility

  • Bonafide resident of Haryana.
  • Ex-serviceman or widow aged 60+.
  • Rank of Havildar or below.
  • Annual income from all sources below ₹2,00,000/-.
  • Character not discharged for misconduct/inefficiency.

Application Process

  • Step 1: Register on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
  • Step 2: Login and select the 60+ Financial Assistance scheme.
  • Step 3: Enter Family ID and verify.
  • Step 4: Upload required enclosures including revenue report and income details.

Documents Required

  • Identity Card of ESM/Widow, Family ID, Aadhaar
  • Original Discharge Book
  • Revenue Report showing income < ₹2L
  • Death Certificate of ESM (for widows)
  • Non-Remarriage Certificate
  • NOC from Social Welfare Dept
