The scheme “Financial Assistance to Disabled Ex-Servicemen” is implemented by the Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, Government of Haryana. Financial assistance of ₹3,000/- per month is granted to those Disabled Ex-Servicemen who are bonafide residents of Haryana State.

Benefits

Monthly financial assistance of ₹3,000/- with an annual increase of ₹400/- w.e.f. 01.11.2017 every November.

Eligibility

• Bonafide resident of Haryana.
• Discharged from Armed Forces on medical grounds.
• Disability not attributable to military service.
• Not receiving any other financial assistance or pension.

Exclusion

Personnel in Civil employment shall not be eligible.

Application Process

• Step 1: Apply via Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
• Step 2: Verify details using Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID).
• Step 3: Upload the filled-in/signed form templates.
• Step 4: Submit and track application on the SARAL portal.

• Original Discharge Book showing medical grounds for discharge
• Disability Certificate
• Non-Employment Certificate, Revenue Report
• NOC from Social Welfare Dept
