The scheme “Financial Assistance to Disabled Children (HBOCWWB)” is implemented by the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Labour Department Haryana. Under the scheme, financial assistance is provided to the children of registered workers who are declared by the medical authority to have 50% or more physical or mental disability.

Benefits

Financial assistance of ₹2000/- per month is provided to the children of registered workers with 50% or more disability.

Eligibility

  • Worker must be registered with HBOCWWB with at least one year of regular membership.
  • Child must have 50% or more physical/mental disability as certified by the District Medical Board.
  • Child’s name must be on the ration card.
  • Child must not have received benefits from other departments for the same purpose in the current financial year.
  • Child must not have any source of income and must be unmarried.

Note: Workers must submit a live certificate of the dependent child every year to continue the assistance.

Application Process

Registration under HBOCWWB:

Step 01: Visit the Labour Department Haryana website.
Step 02: Click the HBOCWWB link.
Step 03: Acknowledge instructions and submit.
Step 04: Verify via PPP (Family ID).
Step 05: Aadhaar verification.
Step 06: Fill and submit registration form.
Step 07: Login to the account.
Step 08: Pay registration fee and add 90-day work experience.
Step 09: Submit work details for approval.

Apply for Scheme:

Step 01: Visit Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 02: Login with credentials.
Step 03: Click on “Scheme/Services list”.
Step 04: Select the scheme and click “Apply”.
Step 05: Fill and submit the application form.

  • Work Slip
  • Ration Card
  • Bank account details
  • Disability certificate issued by Medical Board
  • Affidavits stating no income and no other benefits received.
