Application Process
- Step 01: Visit nearest Labour Office for Annexure I (Registration) and Annexure VI (Benefits).
- Step 02: Fill details and attach medical certificates and identity proof.
- Step 03: Submit to Assistant Director, Industrial Health of the concerned jurisdiction.
- Step 04: Application is reviewed and forwarded to the Labour Commissioner.
