The scheme “Financial Assistance for Stage III & IV Cancer Patients” was launched by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Haryana. Under this scheme, monthly financial assistance/pension of ₹3,000/- will be provided to Stage III and IV cancer patients of Haryana from 01.01.2024. The scheme will be applicable for all age groups, Stage III, and IV cancer patients throughout the State of Haryana. The financial assistance provided under this scheme will be in addition to the benefits received by the applicant under any other social security pension scheme.

Benefits

Under this scheme, financial assistance/pension of ₹3,000/- per month will be provided to Stage III and IV cancer patients starting from 01.01.2024.

Eligibility

• The applicant should be a citizen of India.
• The applicant should be a bonafide resident of Haryana as per Government instructions.
• The applicant should have Parivar Pehchan Patar (PPP) – Family ID.
• All Stage III & IV cancer patients will be eligible under the scheme.
• Cancer patients whose family income is less than ₹3,00,000/- per annum, excluding other Social Security Pensions, are eligible.

Note: The financial assistance provided under this scheme will be in addition to the benefits received under any other social security pension scheme.

Application Process

Online Registration on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal:

Step 01: Visit the Official Portal – Antyodaya-SARAL Portal: https://saralharyana.gov.in/
Step 02: Register on the portal if not already done.
Step 03: Fill in mandatory details (Name, Email, Mobile, Password) and click ‘Submit’.
Step 04: Verify via OTP.

Login to apply:

Step 01: Login with registered email.
Step 02: Enter Password & Captcha.
Step 03: Click ‘Apply for Services’ and ‘View all Available Services’.
Step 04: Search for the scheme and fill the form.
Step 05: Enter PPP ID and fetch family data.
Step 06: Select member and verify with OTP.
Step 07: Fill mandatory details and upload documents.
Step 08: Preview and ‘Submit’.

Documents Required

1. Age Proof: Date of Birth Certificate, School Certificate, Voter Card, or Voter list with photo.
2. Residential Proof: Ration Card, Voter Card, or Voter list (issued prior to 15 years).
3. Other Documents: Aadhaar Card (Optional), Saving Bank account details with passbook photocopy.
