Eligibility
- Employed in commercial/industrial establishment in Haryana and registered with HLWB.
- Monthly salary under ₹25,000/- and service period of two years.
- Children must be studying in Class I to XII.
- Application deadline is 31st December of the session.
Application Process
Register on the Labour Department Haryana website via PPP. Apply for benefits through the “Welfare Board Beneficiary Login” or the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.

- Worker ID, Employee/Employer Certificates, Salary Slip.
- Previous year pass-out and Continuing Study certificates.
- Ration Card/ESI Card (showing child’s name).
- Family ID (PPP) and Bank details.
