The Haryana Labour Welfare Board (HLWB) provides financial assistance to the children of workers participating in sports competitions to encourage athletic development among the working class.

Eligibility

  • Employed in industrial/commercial establishment in Haryana and registered with HLWB.
  • Monthly salary not exceeding ₹25,000/-.
  • No limit on the number of eligible children. No minimum service period for the worker.
  • Application must be submitted within one year of issuance of sports certificate.

Application Process

Online:

Register on the Labour Department Haryana website via PPP. Then login to apply for scheme benefits through the Welfare Board Beneficiary portal or the Antyodaya-SARAL portal.

Documents Required

  • ID proof of worker and Employer Certificate.
  • Salary Slip (Previous Month).
  • Sports/Participation Certificate (attested by District Sports Officer).
  • Ration Card, ESI Card, and Family ID (PPP).
  • Proof that the player is dependent on the worker.
