Eligibility
- Employed in industrial/commercial establishment in Haryana and registered with HLWB.
- Monthly salary not exceeding ₹25,000/-.
- No limit on the number of eligible children. No minimum service period for the worker.
- Application must be submitted within one year of issuance of sports certificate.
Application Process
Online:
Register on the Labour Department Haryana website via PPP. Then login to apply for scheme benefits through the Welfare Board Beneficiary portal or the Antyodaya-SARAL portal.
Documents Required
- ID proof of worker and Employer Certificate.
- Salary Slip (Previous Month).
- Sports/Participation Certificate (attested by District Sports Officer).
- Ration Card, ESI Card, and Family ID (PPP).
- Proof that the player is dependent on the worker.
