The scheme “Financial Assistance for Coaching Classes” is implemented by the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB). It supports the children of registered workers in preparing for professional courses and high-level competitive exams.

Benefits

  • ₹20,000/- for coaching classes for professional/technical courses (Medical, Engineering, Law, etc.).
  • ₹1,00,000/- for preparation of Main Examination after passing UPSC/HPSSC Preliminary Examination.

Eligibility

  • Applicant must be registered with HBOCWWB with one year of regular membership.
  • Must have an active membership.
  • Coaching must be for regular technical/professional courses.
  • Assistance is provided only once for a child, for up to three children per worker.
  • Spouse must not have received similar benefits from other government bodies.

Application Process

Online Registration:

Step 01: Visit the Labour Department Haryana website and register via HBOCWWB.
Step 02: Verify via PPP and Aadhaar.
Step 03: Pay registration fee and document 90 days work experience.
Step 04: Await officer approval.

Apply for Scheme:

Step 01: Visit the Official Website and login as a Beneficiary.
Step 02: Click on “Schemes” and select the Coaching Classes scheme.
Step 03: Fill details and submit online.

Documents Required

  • Worker ID Card and Student Identity proof.
  • Proof of Exam Qualification (for UPSC/HPSSC mains).
  • Coaching Institute Certificate (Continuing regular studies).
  • Verification Certificate (for private institutes).
  • Undertaking by applicant, Family ID, and Bank details.
