Benefits

• Total Assistance: ₹1,20,000/- paid in three installments.
• Installment 1: ₹40,000 (at sanction).
• Installment 2: ₹60,000 (at lintel level).
• Installment 3: ₹20,000 (at completion, including toilet).

Eligibility

• Native of Gujarat and belong to SC category.
• Annual income ≤ ₹6,00,000 (Rural & Urban).
• Must not own a residential home or have received housing benefits previously.
• Beneficiary must be at least 21 years old. House must be completed within 2 years.
