  • All horticulture growers of rural & urban areas are eligible.

Application Process

Offline

Step 1: Visit the Uzhavar Udhaviyagam (Farmers’ Help Centres) or the Office of the Additional Director of Agriculture (Horticulture) to request a form.

Step 2: Fill in mandatory fields, paste a photograph, and attach self-attested documents.

Step 3: Submit the form to the Agricultural Officer.

Step 4: Obtain a unique acknowledgment number assigned by the office.

Documents Required

  • Copy of Farmer Identity Card (with survey number and holding extent).
  • If no ID card: Copy of land document (sale deed/partition deed/gift deed/will).
  • For tenants: Letter of consent from religious Institutions/Wakfs/Trusts and a cultivation certificate from the owner or Revenue Dept.
