The annual family income should be less than ₹3,00,000/-.
The student must be residing in a government hostel.

Step 1: The applicant must first register on the e-Kalyan portal.
Step 2: To complete the registration, the applicant must fill in the following Details: Personal Details & Contact Details
Step 3: After registration, the applicant must log in using the provided User ID and Password.
Step 4: Once logged in, the applicant must carefully fill out the application form.
Step 5: All required documents must be uploaded to the portal.
Step 6: The application form, along with the uploaded documents, will be verified by the concerned authorities.
