Objectives

  • Address complications like Down’s syndrome, congenital deafness, club foot, etc.
  • Screen babies at maternity homes to detect diseases early for government care.

Eligibility

  • All newborn children in Gujarat.
  • Age up to two months after birth.

Application Process

Offline
Visit the nearest Anganwadi Centre or District Child Protection Officer office. Fill out the application form with birth certificate, income certificate, and Aadhar card. Submit for verification.
