The scheme “Micro Finance Scheme” is implemented by the Gujarat Nomadic and Denotified Tribes Development Corporation (GNDTDC) under the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Gujarat. The scheme aims to promote self-employment among individuals from the Nomadic and Denotified Tribes communities by providing financial assistance to start a small-scale business/enterprise.

Benefits

  • Loan Amount: Up to ₹1,25,000/-.
  • Interest Rate: 5% per annum.
  • Loan Contribution: 90% National Corporation, 5% State Government, 5% Beneficiary.
  • Repayment: 48 equal monthly installments, including interest.

Eligibility

  • The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat and belong to a Nomadic or Denotified Tribe.
  • Annual family income should not exceed ₹3,0,000/-.
  • Age must be between 21 to 50 years.
  • Must have experience and technical skill in the proposed trade.
  • Suitable collateral is required.

Note: At least 50% of the loan amount is allocated to families with income up to ₹1,50,000/-.

  1. Step 1: Visit the Official Portal and click “Apply Now” under Micro Finance.
  2. Step 2: Fill out Applicant information, Caste details, past loan details, and Bank details.
  3. Step 3: Upload photograph and signature (less than 15 KB each).
  4. Step 4: Upload required documents (PDF/JPG).
  5. Step 5: Review, enter Captcha, and click “Submit”.
