“Janta Juth” is a state-sponsored Farmer’s Accidental Insurance Scheme providing relief to farmers’ families in cases of tragedy or disability.

Benefits

• Accidental Death / Permanent Disability: ₹2,00,000 (100% assistance).
• Loss of two limbs/eyes: ₹2,00,000.
• Loss of one eye/limb: ₹1,00,000.

Eligibility

• Registered farmer, spouse, or children (Age 5 to 70 years).
• Death or disability must be due to an accident.
• Application must be made within 150 days.
• Note: Suicide or natural death is not covered.

Application Process

Offline

Submit the application in the prescribed format to the District Agriculture Officer within 150 days of the incident.

• Post Mortem Report and FIR
• Death Certificate & Age Proof
• Disability certificate from Medical Board (for disability cases)
• Indemnity Bond and Hereditary Report (Pedhinamu)
