This scheme provides financial support to farming families following accidental tragedies involving registered farmers or their legal heirs.

Benefits

  • Accidental death or 100% permanent disability: ₹2,00,000/-
  • Loss of two eyes/limbs or hand/leg: ₹2,00,000/-
  • Loss of one eye and one limb: ₹2,00,000/-
  • Loss of one eye or one limb: ₹2,00,000/-

Eligibility

  • Registered land record before the accident.
  • Registered farmer, spouse, or legal heir (son/daughter).
  • Age: 5 to 70 years.
  • Valid driving license required for vehicular accidents.
  • Natural or suicidal deaths are excluded.

Application Process

Heirs must submit applications to the District Agriculture Officer within 150 days of the accident.

  • Form Annexures (1-5)
  • 7/12, 8-A, and Form 6 copies
  • Post Mortem and Police reports (FIR, Inquest)
  • Death Certificate and Age proof
  • Disability certificate (if applicable)
  • Valid driving license
  • Pedhinamu (succession proof)
