The scheme “Assistance for Tools, Equipment, Shorting/Grading Equipment, PHM Equipment for Scheduled Castes (HRT-4)” is implemented by the Directorate of Horticulture, Gujarat. It supports Scheduled Caste farmers and groups in purchasing various tools and PHM equipment.

Benefits

• Scheduled Castes individual farmers: Up to 75% of cost or ₹3,750/-, whichever is less.
• Farmer groups/cooperative societies: 90% of cost or up to ₹7,50,000/- for PHM Equipment.

Eligibility

• Permanent resident of Gujarat belonging to Scheduled Caste.
• Individual farmer or groups/Cooperative Societies.

Step 01-09: Apply on I-Khedut under ‘Horticulture Schemes’ for HRT-4. Print confirmed application, sign/scan and upload or submit to the designated office. Scanned copies must be PDF under 200 KB.

• Land details (7/12 and 8-A).
• Bank passbook/cancelled cheque.
• Disability Certificate (if applicable).
