The scheme “AGR-50 Scheme-Assistance to Purchase Tractors” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat in the year 2011-12. The scheme was implemented to increase farm mechanization and farm power availability across the state.

Benefits

• Up to 40 PTO HP Model Tractors: 25% of expense or ₹45,000/-, whichever is less.
• Above 40 PTO HP and up to 60 PTO HP Model Tractors: 25% of expense or ₹60,000/-, whichever is less.

Eligibility

• Permanent resident of Gujarat.
• Any farmer of Gujarat is eligible.
• Must purchase empaneled tractor models from authorized dealers.

• Step 2: Choose “Tractor-empaneled vendors”.
• Step 3: Submit new application, confirm, and print.
• Step 4: Submit supporting evidence within the stipulated timeframe after pre-approval.
