Application Process

Online: Madhya Pradesh Lok Sewa Guarantee Portal

  • Registration: Click “Citizen Registration”, fill details, and verify via OTP.
  • Application: Login, select the scheme, fill mandatory fields, and upload documents.
  • Appeal: First appeal within 30 days to Regional Forest Conservator; Second appeal within 60 days to APCCF.

Documents Required

  • Proof of Land Ownership (Malik Makbuza Certificate).
  • Lok Vaniki Farmer Registration Certificate.
  • Revenue Records.
