Eligibility

  • Domicile of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Must be a building/construction worker.

  • Worker does not need to be registered with the Welfare Board.

Application Process (Offline)

  • Apply within 06 months of death.
  • Submit form to CEO of District Panchayat (Rural) or Municipal Commissioner/Officer (Urban).
