Benefits

• Cash Award: ₹1,00,000/- per district per Panchayat.
• Certificate: Appreciation certificate presented on Republic Day.
• Travel: Expenses covered for the Sarpanch to attend the ceremony.

Eligibility

• Represent a Gram Panchayat in MP.
• 100% of the population must be drug-free.
• Action must be taken under the Tobacco Products Act 2003.
• Treatment must be provided to addicts in rehabilitation centers.
• School students must be motivated against intoxicants.

Application Process (Offline)

• Present the application detailing achievements to the District Collector.
• A selection committee reviews applications based on scrutiny by the Collector within one month.

Documents Required

• Records showing work done in the previous year.
• Certification of 100% drug-free status.
• Copies of news items published about the status.
• Records of tobacco act enforcement and rehabilitation efforts.
