This scheme is implemented by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to benefit laborers in rural and agricultural sectors.
Benefits
- Maternity Leave Assistance: 45 days’ wage equivalent for mothers; 15 days’ for fathers.
- Maternity Expense: Institutional delivery covered under Janani Suraksha Yojana; ₹500/- for home deliveries (BPL).
- Medical Assistance: Coverage under Deendayal Antyodaya Upchar Yojana and Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana.
- Scholarships: Educational support for children of registered beneficiaries (SC/ST/OBC/General).
- Marriage Assistance: Financial support for daughters (aged 18+) under Mukhyamantri Kanyadan/Nikah Yojana.
- Insurance (Aam Aadmi Bima Yojana): Normal death (₹30,000), Accidental death (₹75,000), Permanent disability (₹75,000).
- Funeral Assistance: ₹2,000/- immediate help.
Eligibility
- Resident of the Gram Panchayat for at least five years.
- Age between 18 and 59 years.
- Works as a laborer in agriculture, forestry, fishing, etc.
- Family must not own agricultural land.
- Exclusion: Urban residents or those not meeting labor definitions.

- Registration: Recommended by Gram Panchayat, approved by CEO of District Panchayat within 7 days. Registration fee: Rs. 10/-.
- Validity: Registration lasts 5 years, renewable.
- Cancellation: If the beneficiary stops labor work or moves for more than 6 months. Appeals can be made to the Tehsildar within 30 days.

- BPL card or destitute certificate.
- Age verification certificate.
- Disability certificate (if applicable).
- Photocopy of labor security card.
