Overview
Mukhamantri Kalyani Pension Yojana under the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Madhya Pradesh, provides monthly financial assistance to Kalyani (widow) residents for social security and subsistence.
Benefits
- Pension amount: Rs. 600/- per month.
Eligibility
- The applicant should be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
- The applicant’s age should be 18 years or older.
- The applicant is not an income taxpayer.
- The applicant is not a government employee/officer (includes employees working under state/central government, corporations, undertakings, or organizations).
- The applicant’s family is not already receiving a Kalyani pension.
- The applicant’s name must be marked on the Samagra portal.
Application Process
Applications can be submitted both Offline and Online.

- Offline Steps:
- Step 1: Applicants apply using the prescribed format at the designated officer’s office, Gram Panchayat, or Public Service Center.
- Step 2: Upon submission, the applicant receives a mandatory acknowledgment.
- Step 3: The District Panchayat/Gram Panchayat/Urban Body/Ward Office scrutinizes the documents.
- Step 4: If documents are incorrect, the application is rejected with a written explanation.
- Step 5: If documents are correct, the pension case is approved.
- Step 6: Once approved, the beneficiary is added to the pension proposal for the current month.
- Step 7: The Directorate deposits the monthly pension directly into the beneficiary’s bank savings account via single-click.
Documents Required
- Three photos of the beneficiary.
- Death certificate of the husband.
- Certificate for proof of age.
- 9-digit Samagra I.D.
