The Madhya Pradesh government launched the Mukhyamantri Covid-19 Bal Seva Yojana to provide monthly pension, education, and ration to children whose parents or guardians died due to COVID-19 between March 1, 2020, and July 31.

Benefits

  • Financial Assistance: ₹5,000/- per month until the age of 18 (deposited in joint account).
  • Ration: Free monthly ration under National Food Security Act.
  • School Education: Free in govt schools; RTE private school fee reimbursement; ₹10,000/year for private school (Class 9-12).
  • Higher/Technical Ed: Full fee assistance in govt colleges; up to ₹1.5L for private engineering (JEE score) or ₹75,000 (12th marks).
  • Medical Ed: Full assistance (NEET score); Bond for 2-5 years rural service required.

Eligibility

  • Resident of MP.
  • Age 21 or less.
  • Parent(s) or legal guardian died of COVID-19 between 01 March 2021 to 30 June 2021.
  • Parents were not govt servants receiving old pension.

  • 1. Go to official website and click “Aavedan kare”.
  • 2. Sign up and then login.
  • 3. Fill form and upload documents.

Documents Required

  • Death certificate of deceased parent.
  • Birth/age certificate of child.
  • Bank Passbook details.
  • Child’s Photo (Max 700 KB).
  • Guardian identity card (Voter ID/PAN/Ration card).
