This component of the Annapurna Scheme focuses on producing high-quality seeds through selected farmers. It is implemented near specific Government Agricultural Farms across Madhya Pradesh.

Eligibility
- SC or ST small/marginal farmer.
- Willing to participate in seed production.
- Land must be within 10 km of selected Government Agricultural Farms.
- Minimum production area: 0.2 hectare (1/2 acre); Max: 1 hectare.
- Mandatory registration with Seed Certification Agency.
Application Process (Offline)
- Step 1: Rural Agricultural Extension Officer selects potential beneficiaries (1.5x target).
- Step 2: List submitted to Senior Agricultural Development Officer for approval.
- Step 3: Seed procurement from authorized institutions (Govt Farms, Seed Corp, etc.).
- Step 4: Distribution of seeds and technical training.
- Step 5: Registration with Seed Certification Agency within 20 days of sowing.
- Step 6: Execution of agreement between department and beneficiary.
- Step 7: Marketing and grading of produced seed.
Application Deadlines
- Beneficiary Selection: May 25 (Kharif) / Aug 31 (Rabi).
- Seed Provision: June 15 (Kharif) / Oct 10 (Rabi).
- Allotted Fund Expenditure: Oct 31 (Kharif) / Jan 31 (Rabi).
