The scheme “Promotion of Tiatr Music” was launched by the Tiatr Academy of Goa to encourage people to learn blowing instruments (Trumpet, Saxophone, Clarinet) which are vital for Tiatr music. It provides significant financial subsidies and training support.

- Financial support for registration and certification from Trinity College or Royal School of Music.

Conditions
- Student must complete the full 2-year course.
- Must undergo periodical tests. Serious lack of progress may lead to termination.
- The tutor must maintain attendance records.
Eligibility
- Open to any interested person (young or adult).
- Applicant must identify a qualified tutor (verified by TAG).
- Service Bond: Applicant must serve the tiatr stage (in a band/group) for at least one year after the course.
Application Process
Offline
- Pre-Application: Identify a tutor and consult on the instrument brand.
- Step 1-3: Submit form and documents to TAG, Panaji.
- Post-Application: Purchase instrument and submit a copy of the bill immediately. Attend classes and undergo assessments. Upon completion, submit the original bill and a formal undertaking to claim the 50% subsidy.
Documents Required
- At Application: Aadhaar and PAN copy.
- During/After Course: Copy of instrument bill (immediate), Original bill (upon completion), and a written Undertaking to serve the tiatr stage.
