The scheme provides a one-time reimbursement for entities investing in logistics management software to improve efficiency in transportation, shipping, or warehousing.

Benefits

• One-time reimbursement of 50% of costs.
• Capped at ₹2,00,000 per installation.
• Eligible software: TMS, WMS, Fleet Management, Route Optimization, Reverse Logistics, Rating/Billing systems.

Eligibility

• Non-mega industry providing logistics services in Goa.
• Must have PAN and file regular Income Tax returns.
• Continuous operations for six months post-notification.
• Minimum 40% local employment.
• Software must directly contribute to sector efficiency.

Exclusion

Recurring monthly/annual subscription fees, maintenance fees, and tracking device software are not covered.

Application Process

Online
Step 1: Apply via Goa Online portal under “Incentives on Logistics and Warehousing Sector”.
Step 2: DITC verifies documents and conducts inspection.
Step 3: IRC deliberates and sanctions the claim. Disbursement within 90 days.

Documents Required

• Invoices and receipts for purchase and installation of software.
• Scope of Work of the agency installing the software.
• GST invoice of the software agency.
• Old version receipts (if upgrading).
• Standard registration and payroll documents.
