The scheme “Jhota Buggi/Camel/Mule Cart” is implemented by the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (HSFDC). It provides financial support to individuals from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families to purchase animal-driven carts for income generation.

Benefits

  • Project Cost Ceiling: Up to ₹1,50,000/-.
  • Subsidy: 50% of the total project cost (Maximum ₹10,000/-).
  • Bank Loan: Composite loan provided by nationalized banks covering the balance amount after subsidy.

Interest and Recovery (HSFDC Share):

  • Interest: 4% P.A. (Penal interest 4% P.A.)
  • Recovery starts after 360 days; Installments start after 180 days.

Eligibility

  • Resident of Haryana belonging to the Scheduled Caste Category.
  • Belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family.
  • Annual family income must not exceed ₹1,80,000/-.
  • Name must be in the BPL Survey List.

Application Process

Online Registration:

  • Step 1: Visit HSFDC official website.
  • Step 2: Click “Apply for Loan” and register with Aadhaar and Mobile.
  • Step 3: Enter OTP and fill out the application form.
  • Step 4: Upload documents and submit to get credentials.

Login to Apply:

  • Step 1: Log in to the HSFDC dashboard.
  • Step 2: Click “Edit Profile” and update surety/personal details.
  • Step 3: Upload mandatory documents and click “Final Submit”.
  • Step 4: Print the application for reference.
