The scheme “Documentation of Tiatr through Research Work” was launched by the Tiatr Academy under the Art, Culture and Museums Department, Government of Goa. The scheme aims to encourage research work in the field of Tiatr and facilitate writers to take up research work in different aspects of Tiatr, its Song & Music. The scheme provides publication of research work in book form with a minimum of 500 copies printed and remuneration as fixed by TAG as per the researcher’s experience. The applicant must be a researcher interested in writing books on tiatr after doing thorough research and must submit three typed copies of the manuscript for approval. The scheme is implemented by the Tiatr Academy of Goa (TAG).

Step 1: The interested applicant should take a printout of the prescribed format of the application form.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields: name of the applicant, complete address, contact number, email address, Aadhaar Card number, Permanent Account Number Card number, name of the research, and aspects of tiatr on which research is done. Attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required). Sign the application form and mention the date.
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to – Tiatr Academy of Goa, AS-1 / AS-4, Block A, 2nd Floor, Campal Trade Centre, Opposite Kala Academy, Campal, Panaji, Goa, India – 403001.
Applicants are advised to save a copy of the submitted application form and any acknowledgment.
Step 1: Recommendation Board Review
The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by the Recommendation Board consisting of 2 members appointed by TAG. The board members will be paid a suitable honorarium as fixed by TAG for the work undertaken.
Step 2: Approval and Soft Copy Submission
If the manuscript is approved by the Recommendation Board, submit a soft copy of the manuscript on a Compact Disc/Digital Versatile Disc/pen drive to the Tiatr Academy of Goa.
Step 3: Editorial Process
The approved manuscript will undergo editing by a member of the Editorial Board, which includes checking for spelling and orthography.
Step 4: Publication and Remuneration
Upon completion of the editorial process, TAG will proceed with printing a minimum of 500 copies of the book and provide remuneration to the author/researcher as per the fixed rates based on experience.
