Eligibility

  • Registered worker with GBOCWWB aged 18 to 60.
  • Completed 90 days of service in the current year.
  • Permanent disability caused by specified conditions.

Application Process

  • Download the form from the Department of Labour website.
  • Submit to the Office of the Commissioner, Patto Plaza, Panaji.

  • Worker Registration Card.
  • Disability Certificate.
  • Medical Certificate stating cause.
