The HBOCWWB provides this incentive to daughters of construction workers who are pursuing higher education to facilitate their mobility.

Benefits

An incentive of ₹50,000/- or the actual ex-showroom price of an electric scooter (whichever is lower) provided via e-RUPI.

Eligibility

• Parent must be a registered construction worker with HBOCWWB (min. 1-year membership).
• Daughter must be 18+ years old and unmarried.
• Must have passed Class 12 with 60% or higher marks.
• Must be studying in a higher education institute in Haryana.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Limited to one scooter per family.

Application Process

Worker Registration:

Workers must first register on the Labour Department Haryana website using Family ID and providing 90 days of work experience.

Apply for Incentive via Antyodaya-SARAL:

Step 01: Visit the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 02: Login and fetch family data via PPP ID.
Step 03: Select beneficiary (daughter) and verify via OTP.
Step 04: Upload documents including college certificate and driving license.
Step 05: Submit the form. Note: Bill of purchase must be uploaded within one month of receiving the amount.
