The “Haryana Divyang Pension Scheme” provides social security to disabled individuals in the state. The scheme supports those who are unable to sustain themselves through their own resources.

Benefits

Financial assistance of ₹3,000/- per month is provided as a pension.

Eligibility

• Domicile of Haryana (residing for at least 3 years).
• Age 18 years or older.
• Annual income should not exceed the minimum wage for unskilled labour.
• Disability percentage: 60% to 100%.
• Types of disability: Blindness, Low vision, Leprosy cured, Hearing impairment, Locomotor disability, Intellectual disability, or Mental illness.

Exclusion

Income from Provident Funds or Annuities from Commercial Banks/Financial Institutions is included in the income calculation for eligibility.

Application Process

Online via Antyodaya-SARAL Portal:

Step 1: Visit the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 2: Register as a New User and verify OTP.
Step 3: Log in and click on “Apply for Services”.
Step 4: Search for “Haryana Divyang Pension Scheme”.
Step 5: Fill in mandatory details and upload documents.
Step 6: Submit application and track using the Reference ID.
