The scheme “Financial Assistance for Treatment of Chronic Diseases” is implemented by the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Labour Department, Government of Haryana. Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided to registered workers for indoor treatment of chronic diseases like Cancer, TB, AIDS, etc. as per government rules.

Under this scheme, financial assistance up to ₹1,00,000/- is provided to registered workers for indoor treatment of chronic diseases like Cancer, TB, AIDS, etc.

Eligibility

  • The applicant should be registered under the Haryana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
  • The registered worker must have a regular membership for one year.
  • The workers who are registered and require indoor treatment for chronic diseases such as cancer, tuberculosis (TB), AIDS, etc., are eligible to apply.
  • The application frequency is limited to once.

Application Process

Registration of a Construction Worker Under HBOCWWB:

Step 01: Visit the Official Website of the Labour Department Haryana.
Step 02: Click on “Building & Ors Const. Workers Welfare Board”.
Step 03: Read instructions, Tick acknowledgment, and click “Submit”.
Step 04: Verification using Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP)- Family ID.
Step 05: Aadhaar Verification.
Step 06: Fill registration form and submit.
Step 07: Login after final submission.
Step 08: Pay registration fee and add 90 days work experience.
Step 09: Enter work details.
Step 10: Avail benefits after work experience approval.

Step 01: Visit Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 02: Login with credentials.
Step 03: Click on “Scheme/Services list”.
Step 04: Select the scheme and click “Apply for Service/Scheme”.
Step 05: Fill details in the online form and submit.
