The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to economically disadvantaged students enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Uttarakhand Sanskrit University.

Benefits

Under this scheme, one student from each undergraduate and postgraduate class at Uttarakhand Sanskrit University is awarded a scholarship equal to the tuition fee of their respective class.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a student.
  • The student must be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate course at Uttarakhand Sanskrit University.
  • The student must have the lowest annual family income among all students in the same course, class, or subject.

Application Process

Offline

A Scholarship Cell has been established at the university level to manage scholarship applications. The cell provides application forms to students, who are required to complete the form and submit it along with their high school certificate, Aadhaar card, income certificate, bank account details, and university identity card.

After scrutinizing the applications, the cell publishes a list of eligible students. Upon administrative and financial approval, the scholarship funds are transferred directly to the bank accounts of the eligible students.
