To avail the benefits of this scheme, farmers are selected through open meetings of the Gram Sabhas in the presence of departmental officers and Hon’ble public representatives. The farmer can submit a proposal during the Gram Panchayat meeting, and if the proposal is approved, the public representative informs the department. After departmental scrutiny and once the farmer purchases organic inputs such as fertilizers and seeds from the Krishi Nivesh Kendras, the financial assistance is provided. To receive the benefit, farmers must submit a permanent/original residence certificate, identity card, Aadhaar card, mobile number, ration card, birth certificate, Khasra/Khatauni of agricultural land, and a passport-size photograph along with the proposal.
