Eligibility

  • Applicant couple must be residents/domiciled in Uttarakhand for at least five years.
  • Must be Indian citizens and not income tax payers.
  • No living spouse at the time of marriage and no criminal convictions.
  • Benefit provided for 40%+ disability in one or both partners.
  • Groom: 21–45 years; Bride: 18–45 years.
  • Marriage must be socially conducted or legally registered.

Application Process

Offline

Submit the application form (available at Assistant Social Welfare Officer’s office or website) to the concerned office. Applications are verified by the Assistant Social Welfare Officer and approved by a District Committee.

Documents Required

  • Aadhaar Card of both partners
  • Disability Certificate and copy of U.D.I. card
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Voter ID card
  • Proof of 5 years residence in the state
  • Bank account details of both partners
  • Marriage registration certificate
  • Affidavit (non-taxpayer, no criminal record, no previous living spouse)
