Benefits

  • Operational grant: ₹4 lakh per year for three years.

Eligibility

  • Priority for disaster-prone and remote areas not covered by existing stations.
  • Applicant organization must have at least three years of experience in Uttarakhand.
  • Valid license from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (GoI) required.
  • Applicable only for setting up new centres.

Application Process

Offline

The State Disaster Management Authority issues advertisements inviting proposals. 50% of the approved amount is released as the first installment. Submit applications to the Secretary, State Disaster Management Authority at any time during the financial year.

Documents are required in accordance with the directions of the Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority for availing the benefits under this scheme.
