The “Nirman Shramikon ke Liye Vyavsayik Rin Par Byaj ki Punarbharan Yojana” is a scheme designed to alleviate financial burdens for construction workers by assisting in the repayment of interest on commercial loans. Recognizing the challenges faced by individuals in the construction sector, the scheme aims to ease the burden of high-interest rates. By providing support with interest repayments, the government fosters an environment conducive to entrepreneurship and economic stability among the construction workforce.
Benefits
The board will reimburse the interest payable on business loans up to ₹5,00,000/-.
Eligibility
- Applicant must be a construction worker registered with the board and regularly depositing contributions.
- Applicant can utilize the loan amount only for their own business work.
- Loan amount cannot be used for the purchase of a shop, plot, vehicle, or household goods.
- Applicant must submit a certificate of intention to repay interest to the financial institution every year.
- The scheme is applicable only on the loan taken by one of the registered beneficiary’s wife/husband at a time.
- If information provided is found false, the beneficiary must return the assistance amount with interest in a lump sum.

Online Registration
- Step-1: Visit the official portal.
- Step-2: Click “Register”.
- Step-3: On the SSO registration page, choose Citizen.
- Step-4: Process via Jan Aadhaar (OTP verification) or Google (Gmail login and password creation).
- Step-5: Submit registration.
Apply
- Step-1: Login to the official portal.
- Step-2: Click on “LDMS”.
- Step-3: Select “Welfare Schemes” and BOCW Welfare Board.
- Step-4: Click “Apply for Scheme”.
- Step-5: Select the specific scheme from the list.
- Step-6: Fill details and Submit.
Documents Required
- Copy of the duly filled application form with self-attested certificates of beneficiary and spouse.
- Certificate of loan sanction from Financial Institution/Bank.
- Proof of interest paid on loan during the year.
- Copy of Aadhar Card and Jan Aadhar Card of the beneficiary.
- Copy of the first page of the beneficiary’s bank passbook.
- Self-declaration certificate by the spouse stating no other loan is outstanding from other institutions.
