Eligibility

  • Native of Rajasthan.
  • War widow or parent of an unmarried martyr (Pre-31st March 1999 cases).

Application Process

Offline:

  • Visit the District Sainik Welfare Office or download the form from the official website.
  • Fill mandatory fields and attach self-attested documents.
  • Submit the application to the District Sainik Welfare Office and request an acknowledgment receipt.

Documents Required

  • Martyrdom certificate.
  • Marriage certificate (for widows) or relationship proof (for parents).
  • Pension Payment Order (PPO) copy.
  • Bank Passbook copy.
