Eligibility
- Applicant should be Non-BPL.
- Annual Family Income must be greater than 2 LPA.
- Must NOT be listed in ABMGRSBY (Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Swasthya Bima Yojana).
