Eligibility

• The institution must have at least 2 years of standing in the field.
• Prior government permission is required if inviting foreign delegates.

Application Process

Offline

• Step 1: Obtain the form from the Department of Art and Culture or download it.
• Step 2: Fill in mandatory fields and attach required documents.
• Step 3: Submit to the Superintendent, Department of Art and Culture, 1, Romain Rolland Street, Puducherry.
• Step 4: Request an acknowledgment receipt.

• Objectives Description (Forum Structure).
• Annual Report and Audited Accounts (signed by Auditor) for the previous year.
