Application Process

Offline

  • Step 1: Print the prescribed application form.
  • Step 2: Fill in mandatory fields and attach self-attested documents.
  • Step 3: Submit the form at the District Industries Centre, Thattanchavady.
  • Step 4: Receive a unique identifier and acknowledgment receipt.

Documents Required

  • Proof of Registration of Sales Emporia/Showroom.
  • Proof of Unit Establishment in Puducherry.
  • Any other documents required by the District Industries Centre.
