Eligibility

• Citizen of India and registered as a Construction Worker with PBAOCWWB.
• Aged 18-60 years.
• Actively contributing to the Board’s Fund and not defaulted for more than one year.
• Specific condition: Hospitalized for five or more days due to an accident or disease.

Application Process

Offline

• Step 1: Obtain the form from the PBAOCWWB Office in Thattanchavady.
• Step 2: Fill mandatory fields and attach self-attested documents.
• Step 3: Submit the form and documents to the Board authority.
• Step 4: Request an acknowledgment receipt.
