This scheme motivates meritorious girl students of Rajasthan to study by providing admission in government schools as regular students from class 9th to class 12th and to score maximum marks in examinations conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan. The state has announced an increase in the number of scooties from 20,000 to 30,000 and offers an option for Electric Scooties.

Eligibility

• Girl students must have passed Class 12th with a minimum of 65% marks (RBSE) or 75% marks (CBSE).
• The student must be studying as a regular student in a graduation degree course from any Rajasthan-based college (e.g., B.A.BED, B.SC.BED, B.TECH, MBBS, BBA, BCA, etc.).
• No more than a one-year gap is allowed between passing 12th class and admission to a bachelor’s degree.
• Students getting other financial assistance/scholarships can still benefit from this scheme.
• Exclusion: Girls who have already received a scooty under any other state government scheme (based on marks in any previous class) are not eligible.
• Special Provision: If a girl previously received a scooty from the TAD or School Education Department based on 10th class results, she will receive a lump sum amount of ₹40,000 instead of another scooty if eligible based on 12th results.
