The scheme “Festival Gift Coupons” is a Welfare Scheme by the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund of the Department of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry. The objective is to provide Festival Gift Coupons worth ₹4,000/- per annum to the Non-Pensioner Ex-Servicemen (ESM) who are 60 years or older. This also applies to widows of ESM registered with the department.

Eligibility
- Applicant must be an Ex-Serviceman or Widow of ESM registered with DSW, Puducherry.

Application Process
Offline
- Step 1: Print the form from the Official Website or visit the Rajya Sainik Board, Jawan Bhawan, Puducherry.
- Step 2: Fill mandatory fields and attach self-attested documents.
- Step 3: Submit to the concerned authority at the Rajya Sainik Board and receive a receipt.

- Recent Passport-size Photograph.
- Identity Card of the ESM / Widow of the ESM.
