Overview
Launched Nov 1, 2020 by WCD Dept in five tribal districts: Banswara, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, Udaipur, and Baran. It provides conditional cash benefits for the second child to improve maternal/child nutrition and reduce mortality.
Benefits
Financial assistance of ₹6,000/- in five installments:

Mode: DBT to bank account.
Eligibility
- Married woman, resident of Pratapgarh, Dungarpur, Banswara, Udaipur, or Baran.
- Pregnant with second child on/after Nov 1, 2020 (or 1st ANC after that date).
- Institutional delivery required. Max 2 living children.
- Anganwadi workers/Asha Sahyogis also eligible.
Exclusion
Central/State/PSU employees; women with twins in 1st pregnancy; cases of remarriage where couple already has children from previous marriage.
Application Process (Offline)
- Step 1: Register second pregnancy at local Anganwadi within 120 days of LMP.
- Step 2: Provide Jan-Aadhaar/Bhamashah ID and mobile number for PCTS recording.
- Workers (Anganwadi, ASHA, ANM) ensure data is recorded in Mamta card/RCH register.
