Notable Points:

• 35% advance payment at the time of Work Order
• All legal permissions to be managed by the client side
• GST as per govt. norms
• We have included average 80km/day running cost and 6 hours for screen display (if any extra activity, then charges will be as per actual)
• 100% advance on the fabrication cost
• Minimum 30 days activity, billing will be done on the basis of minimum 30 days or more as per actual
• Any damage to the LED Screen / Van during the activity needs to be compensated by the client
